Tofino's wildly popular Wildside Grill is on the move with a new sister location right here at Pacific Sands.

From mouthwatering fish and chips made from fresh local cod, to fish tacos, burgers and catch-of-the-day specials, the new Surfside Grill is already making waves – the delicious kind.

Located right next door to our onsite Surf Sister Surf Shack complete with Cox Bay views, it’s about as surf and turf as it gets in Tofino.

Just in time for summer, enjoy scenic outdoor seating around picnic tables, a 14-foot communal table, and 4 fire-pits. Or order take-out to enjoy at the beach or in your suite.

Labour of (green) Love

Since joining our Landscaping Team in the spring, Mike Hart has been working his way around the property, helping make our resort grounds beautiful.

Between his very green thumb and engaging style with guests, Five Star Employee of the Month is well earned.

Born “over the hill” in Port Alberni, he’s quite familiar with our unique Vancouver Island horticulture, and has also worked with landscaping companies on the mainland.

Now calling Tofino home with girlfriend Jess and their new son Oliver, he loves coastal life and especially surfing. Welcome to the team Mike! We love your way with plants and people.
