Dear Abby

Her smile says it all. So do comments like, "Friendly, helpful, and really enjoyable to talk to."

When it comes to Guest Services Agent Abby Grilli, feedback like that is a regular thing. And it's why guests voted her Five Star Employee of the Month for the second time.

Abby was new to hospitality when she joined us in the summer of 2015, but something told us she was a natural.

Originally from Angeles City, Phillippines, she and her family now enjoy calling neighbouring Ucluelet home.
