"Pleasant attitude and talented" is what earned Maintenance Technician Rick Smith this month's Five Star Employee of the Month honours.

While Rick has called Tofino home for over 11 years, he's earning kudos on our team after just 3 months.

It could have something to do with his wide-ranging skillset, but we think Rick's friendly, easy-going style is why why he fits right in.
