Mag-nificent

Magdalena (“Mag”) Ortiz Cayetano first earned Five Star Employee of the Month recognition in November, 2015 when she was a Guest Services Agent with glowing reviews—also known for jumping in and helping out in housekeeping. At that time, she was very much looking forward to having her husband and 2 children join her from Mexico.

Fast forward, and here she is on the podium again thanks to warm guest kudos about her ever-friendly demeanour, only this time as our Executive Housekeeper! And her husband, Fermin, is in fact here along with her 2 children.

Actually, Fermin now works on the Pacific Sands team in maintenance. And—no surprise—Mag is now focussed on getting her family Canadian citizenship.
