Michael's On It

You know when you're spending time at a resort, and you've got "that go-to person" for whatever you need?

Our Houseman, Michael Ranoco, is that guy to many new and returning guests. From luggage and transport, to local intel, Michael's on it. Which is likely why he's now been twice voted Five Star Employee of the Month by guests; this time for his "timely, efficient and knowledgeable assistance of our requests and needs."

Michael's 10+ years in hospitality has included work in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, but it's Tofino's natural beauty that drew and keeps him here. He's now working on getting his son here from the Philippines and can't wait to share Tofino with him.
